At the heart of our efforts is the goal of making eco-friendly transportation a practical, everyday reality for all.
Since our inception, we have successfully introduced a range of electric vehicles to the Sierra Leonean market. Our products are built to endure and perform in local conditions, ensuring reliable mobility across the country. We are currently focused on expanding the accessibility of electric motorcycles, tricycles, and vehicles in Freetown, with plans to reach other district headquarters by the end of 2025.
In addition to our product offerings, NEEV provides parts, accessories, and comprehensive repair and maintenance services to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our vehicles. Looking ahead, we are set to take a significant leap forward by commencing the assembly of electric motorcycles and tricycles in Sierra Leone in the first quarter of 2024. By the end of the year, we will introduce electric cars and solar-powered mini-vans for public transportation, marking a new era in sustainable travel across the region.
Our ultimate ambition is to establish Freetown as West Africa’s leading hub for the assembly and sale of electric mobility solutions. By December 2024, we aim to begin local assembly of all our electric products, positioning NEEV Sierra Leone as a key player in the green transportation revolution.

Mission
Our mission is to make green travel easier in Sierra Leone by establishing a national public e-transportation scheme. This includes offering hire purchase options, setting up charging and swapping stations nationwide (starting with Freetown), and creating dealerships, assembly, and repair centers at affordable prices for the people of Sierra Leone.
One of our key strategies is harnessing solar energy as an alternative or supplementary power source for charging and swapping battery stations, addressing the country’s electricity distribution challenges.
Aim
Our aim is to make Sierra Leone the hub for a wide range of e-mobility solutions, including tricycles, electric wheelchairs, motorbikes, minibuses, electric cars, and general-purpose vehicles. Within a few months of its formal launch, NEEV Salone has already established its initial business setup in Liberia.
NEEV aims to create massive employment opportunities for at least 1,000 Sierra Leoneans by engaging them in the production, assembly, and operation of machines for charging and swapping e-mobility batteries.
